Job Summary
A leading hospitality group is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple properties. The role focuses on accurate reporting, strong controls, compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, variance reports, and year-end statutory packs. Maintain chart of accounts, manage intercompany transactions, and ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance. Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and Capex/Opex planning. Consolidate cash flow, manage working capital, oversee collections and liquidity. Strengthen internal controls (cash handling, POS, inventory, stock counts, night audit). Ensure tax, payroll, statutory and audit compliance. Provide strategic financial insights, modelling, and support on M&A/due diligence. Collaborate with finance teams across properties and drive process improvements and ERP enhancements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA advantageous). 5–8+ years in hospitality group finance or multi-property finance. Strong IFRS/GAAP, tax, and hospitality KPI knowledge. Technical Skills Advanced Excel/Google Sheets. PMS; POS, ERP system experience. Strong modelling and forecasting skills. Competencies Strong commercial and operational finance understanding. Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
