ENVIRONMENT:
Join a growing Marketing team as a creative and passionate Content Creator & Video Designer, responsible for bringing brands to life through engaging visual storytelling. Take ownership of the full content creation process, from planning and filming through to editing and final delivery. Travel to clinics and practices to capture authentic patient journeys, healthcare professional interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and brand stories. Create engaging video, photography and graphic design content that strengthens brand awareness and drives engagement across multiple digital platforms. Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing team to produce high-quality creative assets across multiple brands.
DUTIES:
• Plan, film and produce high-quality video content across multiple brands.
• Capture patient testimonials, treatment journeys, interviews with healthcare professionals and behind-the-scenes content.
• Travel to clinics and practices to produce authentic, real-world marketing content.
• Edit video content into engaging short-form and long-form formats for social media, websites, presentations and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video content with captions, graphics, transitions and basic motion design elements.
• Design supporting creative assets, including social media graphics, campaign visuals and promotional material.
• Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing team to maintain creative consistency across all brands.
• Assist with planning content calendars, filming schedules and campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clinics and practitioners to organise content shoots and ensure all requirements are met.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistently high standard across every platform.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in content creation, videography or video production.
• Strong videography skills, including camera operation, lighting, composition and audio recording.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar video editing software.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience producing content for social media, marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video production and graphic design work.
• Comfortable filming on location and interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Valid driver's licence with willingness to travel to various clinic locations.
