Our client, a dynamic organization, is seeking an experienced Commercial and Finance Operations Lead to join their innovative team. This role offers significant responsibility and the chance to make a substantial impact within a forward-thinking environment. Ensure alignment between sales, delivery and finance whilst maintaining full visibility and control over Cost of Sales, invoicing, budgets and stipend management across the portfolio.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead and coordinate project finance activities to ensure seamless execution and financial integrity.

• Oversee budgeting processes, providing insights and analyses to support strategic decision-making.

• Manage financial operations, including cost management and financial reporting.

• Utilise advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Macros, to analyse data and optimise financial processes.

• Apply commercial acumen to drive efficiencies and support business growth.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial management, project finance, or related fields.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

• Proven expertise in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.

• Strong skills in MS Excel, particularly Pivot Tables and Macros.

• Solid commercial understanding with the ability to interpret financial data to inform strategic decisions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
