Each guest’s stay is designed as a restorative journey that nurtures balance, creativity, and renewal. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the seamless delivery of a deeply personalised guest experience. They will play a pivotal role in maintaining this harmony by ensuring that every element of the guest journey flows smoothly, from arrival to departure, while supporting the team in upholding the highest standards of excellence and care. The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination across all departments, guiding teams with structure, clarity, and empathy. They will translate the Founders’ vision into practical, daily operations that honour both efficiency and authenticity. This position requires a leader who combines operational precision with emotional intelligence, and who understands how to lead people through inspiration and example rather than control. Requirements · Minimum of five years of management experience within a luxury hospitality, wellness, or retreat environment · Proven ability to oversee and coordinate daily operations across all departments including housekeeping, guest services, F&B, and wellness programs · Strong background in developing and refining operational systems, SOPs, and checklists to support consistency and accountability · Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse, multicultural teams · Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organised with a calm and grounded approach to challenges and last-minute changes · Skilled in managing the full guest journey from pre-arrival communication through to post-departure follow-up · Comfortable using digital tools and systems for scheduling, reporting, and budgeting · Passionate about conscious living, sustainability, and regenerative hospitality practices Salary – On application (DOE) – This is not a live-in position Although we will carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the essential criteria will be contacted.
