Night Manager – Luxury Healing Retreat – Franschhoek Valley Synopsis: Our client, an internationally celebrated luxury healing retreat in the Franschhoek Valley, is seeking an experienced and service-driven Night Manager to oversee evening operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences during after-hours service. Description: This role is responsible for managing the property during evening and overnight operations, ensuring guests receive seamless, warm, and attentive service aligned with the retreat’s deeply personalised hospitality philosophy. The property is known for its regenerative farm lifestyle, immersive wellness experiences, and tranquil luxury setting focused on rest, healing, and connection. The successful candidate will oversee guest requests, late check-ins, operational coordination, safety and security procedures, and communication between departments during night operations. You will play a key role in maintaining the calm atmosphere and high hospitality standards the property is known for while ensuring all operational procedures are followed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and passionate about luxury guest experiences. Requirements: Previous Night Manager or Duty Manager experience within luxury hospitality Strong guest relations and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage overnight operations Excellent problem-solving and organisational ability Professional; calm, and service-oriented approach Strong administrative and reporting skills Experience within boutique hotels, lodges, or wellness retreats advantageous Ability to work shifts, weekends, and hospitality hours Package: Competitive salary based on experience Permanent full-time opportunity within a luxury hospitality environment
