This is a deeply meaningful role for someone who understands that true healing goes beyond technique — it is a meeting of presence, intention and care. Description: This role forms part of a highly intentional wellness and sanctuary team dedicated to supporting each guest’s personalised healing journey. The successful candidate will offer intuitive treatments including massage, reflexology, body rituals and hammam experiences, delivered with mindfulness, emotional intelligence and professionalism. Each guest experience is approached holistically, honouring physical, emotional and energetic needs. You will create a calm, nurturing space where guests feel safe, seen and restored. Beyond treatments, the role involves thoughtful preparation of healing spaces, respectful care of products and tools, and close collaboration with guest experience and sanctuary teams to ensure seamless flow throughout the guest journey. This is not a conventional spa role — it is an opportunity to practice healing as an art, within a regenerative hospitality environment rooted in nature, rhythm and connection. Salary on offer: R23,000 – R26,000, depending on experience and alignment. Requirements: Qualified and experienced in massage therapy and holistic bodywork Reflexology and energy work experience highly advantageous Strong emotional intelligence, presence and intuitive sensitivity Professional; grounded and calm demeanour Comfortable working shift-based hospitality hours, including weekends Aligned with values of integrity, mindfulness and regenerative living
