Key Requirements: Previous experience as a Head Chef within a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or premium hospitality environment Exceptional culinary skills with a strong understanding of modern cuisine and presentation Strong leadership and kitchen management abilities Experience managing food costings, stock control, and kitchen budgets Passion for seasonal produce, quality ingredients, and elevated dining experiences Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a professional kitchen brigade Excellent organisational and communication skills Calm and efficient under pressure Key Responsibilities: Leading all kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional culinary standards Designing and executing refined, seasonal menus Managing kitchen staff, training, and overall team performance Maintaining consistency in food quality, presentation, and service standards Managing food costings, stock control, and supplier relationships Ensuring strict health, hygiene, and safety compliance Driving creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the kitchen Working closely with senior management to deliver outstanding guest experiences Overseeing kitchen administration, ordering, and operational efficiency This role is ideal for a passionate and driven chef who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences at the highest level.
