Front of House Manager Franschhoek Manor, Boutique Luxury Property Franschhoek Manor is looking for a warm, polished, and people-focused Front of House Manager to join our team at our 10-bedroom boutique property . This role is ideal for someone with strong guest relations skills, excellent people skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. We are seeking a confident, hands-on individual who can help lead daily operations while ensuring every guest receives attentive, personal service. Key responsibilities: Welcoming and hosting guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner Managing guest check-ins and check-outs Handling guest enquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and care Ensuring a consistently high standard of guest experience throughout the stay Supporting the day-to-day management of operations Assisting with the smooth running of the property alongside management Coordinating closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments Assisting with reservations, guest communication, and operational administration Maintaining high presentation and service standards across the property Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, front office, or assistant management Computer literate, be able to work on Word, Excel etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A professional, well-presented, and guest-centric approach Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required Must currently live in Stellenbosch, Paarl, or Franschhoek Valid driver’s licence is advantageous What we are looking for: A natural host who genuinely enjoys working with people Someone who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences A positive, hands-on team player with a strong sense of responsibility Someone who can uphold the standards and atmosphere of a boutique luxury property
