This is an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards across all departments ✨ Requirements: • Previous experience in a managerial role within a luxury hospitality environment • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Professional appearance and guest-oriented approach • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team • Own transport to and from work Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations and supervise staff to ensure smooth service delivery • Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally • Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and quality standards • Support and mentor team members, providing guidance and training as required • Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless communication and efficiency • Monitor and report on performance metrics, staff productivity, and guest satisfaction • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards • Assist with reservations, events, and special functions as needed • Perform shift handovers and maintain accurate operational records Package: • Salary: R20,000 – R23,000 per month (Negotiable DOE) ? • 3% Provident Fund contribution • Annual increases and performance-related bonuses • Subsidised staff transport on Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch, and Wellington routes To apply for the Duty Manager position, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
