This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences while supporting smooth hotel operations ✨ Requirements: • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury hospitality environment • Hospitality management qualification preferred • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction • Strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Key Responsibilities: • Support the Hotel Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service • Manage and coordinate all front-of-house departments, including reception, housekeeping, and guest services • Supervise staff to ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction at all touchpoints • Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently • Assist with financial administration including budgeting, stock control, and payroll processing • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance throughout the property • Contribute to team training, development, and performance management • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security regulations • Assist in planning and coordinating hotel events, functions, and VIP experiences Package: • Salary: R30,000 – R35,000 per month (Negotiable DOE) ?
