Our client is looking for a General Maintenance /Operations Assistant to join their boutique investment firm based in Muizenberg.
A hands-on role supporting the management team across our property portfolio.
The role
Maintenance
· General maintenance to homes and properties, including painting, plastering, cleaning and repairs.
Company vehicle & card
· Driving, and taking responsibility for, the company vehicle.
· Payments on the company card, and accounting for all expenditure on it.
Other
· Executing general tasks and errands as the management team requires
Requirements:
Drivers License
Maintenance experience
