The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and supporting both staff and management in delivering a premium guest experience. Manage daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and service staff.
Ensure high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage ordering processes.
Assist in menu planning and implement service standards aligned with the consultancy’s brand.
Resolve guest queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Support both senior and junior management roles as required.
Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Hands-on approach with attention to detail and quality of service.
Flexibility to adapt to varying operational demands.
Salary: R15,000 – R30,000, negotiable depending on experience.
