Duties:
Manage stock collection and distribution processes
Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain detailed records using MS Forms
Record start-of-day stock and perform calibration checks on application equipment
Monitor and record hectares applied, and verify stock remaining in depots and field operations
Complete waste reconciliations by area and investigate stock variances and discrepancies
Ensure accuracy of stock and usage reporting, and monitor product application performance
Assess equipment condition, identify quality concerns, and recommend corrective actions
Maintain precise records and reports, ensuring timely documentation
Communicate effectively with operational teams and assist with maintenance and repairs on application equipment
Troubleshoot operational issues in the field and perform basic mechanical tasks to support technical teams
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and R programming
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Experience with stock control processes
Ability to manage records accurately and communicate effectively
Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
Knowledge of digital tools relevant to stock management
