Job Summary
In this role, you’ll apply your analytical expertise and engineering mindset to design, implement, and improve logistics processes across regional operations. You’ll lead efficiency projects, support new client implementations, and play a key role in enhancing productivity, quality, and cost performance across the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve operational logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design and implement facility layouts, workflows, and process improvements that boost productivity and quality.
- Support new client onboarding and implementations within the logistics network.
- Evaluate and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and related logistics software.
- Develop and track logistics metrics, KPIs, and analysis tools to measure performance.
- Conduct logistics studies, time and rate analyses, and process flow assessments.
- Provide engineering insights to support warehouse automation, robotics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare documentation and reports related to logistics data, performance, and process evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and drive Lean practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations/Logistics engineering/Supply Chain Optimization.
- Bachelors or Masters in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related.
- Lean Six Sigma certifications will receive preference.
- Experience with Warehouse Process Optimization.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience SQL, Python pr Power BI.
- Hands on exposure to simulation, modeling and layout tools (AnyLogic, AutoMod or AutoCad).
- Familiarity with WMS, TMS and ERP platforms is advantageous.
- Experience with Automation and Robotics Integration.
- Knowledge of Lean and Continuous improvement processes.
