Requirements:
5 years experience in an administrative or sales support role
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Experience in CRM systems is advantageous
Must have excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Duties:
Provide admin support to the sales team
Manage and maintain customer and prospect databases (CRM)
Prepare quotations, proposals, orders and contracts
Follow up on quotes, proposals, orders and contracts
Handle customer queries
