Where You'll Make an Impact:
Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
Conduct performance reviews, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions to foster continuous improvement.
Address underperformance decisively and set clear monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Track and analyze KPIs including revenue, margins, conversion rates, and customer retention to measure success.
Maintain a robust pipeline, close deals consistently, and support key account management.
Develop and contribute to sales strategies, particularly in expanding the float glass segment.
Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Uphold pricing discipline and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree.
4–8 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the building, construction, or hardware sectors.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong B2B sales background with established relationships in the industry.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Demonstrated leadership, management, results orientation, communication, and negotiation skills.
