What You'll Do:
Maintain and optimize robotic paint application systems for reliable production performance
Ensure robotic systems produce optimal paint quality through diligent troubleshooting and fine-tuning
Resolve complex robotic, automation, and vision-related issues efficiently
Support the deployment of new technologies and automation initiatives
Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance and engineering teams
Manage system upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects
Oversee spare parts planning and lifecycle management of equipment
Develop technical specifications and business cases to support future investments
Assist production and maintenance teams during breakdowns, including standby duties
Requirements:
8 to 10 years of experience in robotics and automation within a manufacturing setting
Strong project management and troubleshooting skills
Proven expertise in robotic systems, especially in automotive or manufacturing sectors
Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with vision systems integration
Knowledge of paint application robotics
