FOH / Receptionist | Private Game Reserve | Eastern Cape
Kendrick Recruitment is looking for an experienced Lodge Anchor to join a luxury private game reserve in the Eastern Cape. We are seeking a hands-on, guest-focused hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic lodge environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Live-in Position
Location: Eastern Cape
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and host guests throughout their stay
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest communication
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with reservations, administration, and daily reports
- Support food and beverage service when required
- Handle guest requests and special arrangements with professionalism
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service across all guest areas
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
- Strong guest relations and hosting skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Positive, hands-on approach and willingness to assist across departments
- Valid driver's licence advantageous
