Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Conduct cold calling, client visits and market research to generate new leads.
Arrange appointments with decision-makers and present the company's service offering.
Prepare professional proposals, quotations and presentations.
Develop customised solutions based on client operational requirements.
Sales & Commercial Growth
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, contracts and service level agreements.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services across existing and newly acquired clients.
Client Relationship Management
Conduct comprehensive site inspections and identify service requirements.
Build trusted relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful implementation of new contracts.
Conduct follow-up visits and service reviews to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
Industry Knowledge
Maintain a sound understanding of pest control, hygiene, deep cleaning and sanitary service solutions.
Stay informed of competitor activity, industry trends and legislative requirements.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records, quotations and client documentation.
Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates and market intelligence.
Assist with contract administration and SLA documentation.

Experience
2–3 years' successful B2B sales experience
Experience within Pest Control, Hygiene, Facilities Management, Cleaning Services or related industries would be highly advantageous
Proven track record of consistently achieving new business sales targets
Experience conducting client site assessments and solution-based selling
