Our client, a leading organization in the property and facilities management sector, is dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions that meet the evolving needs of their clients. With a focus on operational excellence and compliance, they are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of their properties and ensure standards are consistently maintained, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Duties:

• Conduct and compile building condition assessment reports
• Ensure asset registers and PPM schedules are accurate and up to date
• Manage the delivery of integrated facilities management solutions
• Ensure work permits are issued before on-site work
• Implement and manage all service providers according to SLAs and contracts
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 standards
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Manage all facilities-related services and contractors
• Log calls and raise tickets for faulty equipment or services
• Manage repairs, replacements, and stock control of lighting
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, structural maintenance and repairs
• Review SLAs and performance with service providers
• Maintain and update document library
• Provide accurate monthly reports on tickets, OH&S, SLA performance, budget, and ad hoc works
• Manage all capex within budget and oversee repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification
• 3-5 years relevant experience in commercial, retail, or industrial environments
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook & MDA
• Strong knowledge of Facilities Management practices
• Experience with building maintenance and asset management
• Budget management skills

Familiarity with the following:

• ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 18001)
• Property, real estate, construction, and management industries
