Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee relations policies with HR.
- Advise managers and staff on labour-related matters.
- Handle grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Represent the company in disciplinary, CCMA, Bargaining Council, and Labour Court matters.
- Manage union negotiations and collective bargaining processes.
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation.
- Maintain accurate employee relations records and reports.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ industrial relations experience.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
