Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels, including in-store, online, and social media. You will assist with laybye/deposit applications, TV license applications, customer invoicing, and after-sales service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with after sales queries and complaints, ensuring professional and timely resolutions
- Assist customers with in-store and online queries related to our products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via social media channels
- Process laybye/deposit applications and TV license applications for customers
- Assist with customer invoicing
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with our products and services
- Ensure a positive customer experience by being friendly, approachable, and attentive
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns that require further attention
- Keep up to date with the latest product and service offerings and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
- High school matric or equivalent
- Emotionally mature to handle conflicts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and experience using social media platforms
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
