The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the venue operates as an efficient, compliant, and commercially responsible business unit, delivering premium guest experiences while maintaining strong financial and operational performance.
Purpose of the Role:
Translate strategic vision into daily operational execution

Drive operational efficiency and cost control
Lead and develop a disciplined, service-focused team
Ensure legal, safety, and regulatory compliance
Deliver a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
Support sustainable revenue growth through structured operations
Key Responsibilities:
Full operational oversight of the venue and facilities
Driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiencies
Managing budgets, cost controls, and financial performance
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team
Overseeing maintenance, security, and health and safety compliance
Ensuring flawless execution of events, functions, and meetings
Handling escalated guest concerns professionally and decisively
Implementing commercial strategies including pricing and promotions
Coordinating cross-departmental workflows
Enforcing policies, SOPs, and operational standards
Full bar management
Key Focus Areas:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee all daily venue operations
Ensure efficiency and coordination across departments
Troubleshoot operational challenges effectively
Coordinate suppliers, services, and maintenance requirements
Maintain strict adherence to compliance and safety standards
Commercial and Financial Accountability:
Assist with budgeting and cost control measures
Monitor pricing structures and operational expenses
Improve efficiencies to support revenue growth
Support marketing and promotional initiatives
Team Leadership and Culture:
Lead by example with professional conduct and presentation
Inspire, coach, and develop team members
Enforce SOPs, policies, and performance standards
Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary processes where required
Guest Experience:
Ensure premium service delivery at all times
Manage guest feedback and complaints professionally
Protect and strengthen the venue’s reputation and brand standards
Requirements:
5–8 years’ hospitality and venue operations management experience
Strong commercial awareness and financial literacy
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Professional leadership style with clear communication and accountability
Solutions-driven with a proactive approach to operations
Strong understanding of premium hospitality standards
Mature, disciplined, and strategic in approach
