An exciting opportunity exists for a driven, commercially minded Sales Professional to join a highly respected supplier of world-class commercial printing, labelling, packaging, and office automation solutions across Southern Africa.

Our client specialises in providing cutting-edge machinery, technical support, and equipment solutions to the print and packaging industry, representing internationally recognised brands and technologies within the narrow web label, digital printing, and converting environment.

This role is ideal for a confident, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys technical solution selling, developing long-term client partnerships, and working within a fast-moving industrial and production environment.

? The Role:
• Service and grow an existing customer base across South Africa
• Identify and develop new business opportunities nationally
• Consult with customers to understand production challenges and recommend suitable equipment and technical solutions
• Promote equipment, upgrades, consumables, and service solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships
• Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent the company professionally at customer sites and industry events
• Travel locally and occasionally internationally when required

? Requirements:
• Proven external sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially astute and target driven
• Self-managed, proactive, and highly motivated personality
• Professional and confident customer-facing approach
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial printing and converting equipment
• Valid driver’s licence
• Technical sales or capital equipment sales experience advantageous
• Exposure to printing, packaging, labels, engineering, manufacturing, automation, or related industries beneficial but not essential
• CRM and quotation system experience advantageous
