System Integration Specialist
The Integration Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting integrations between SAP and PeopleSoft applications, ensuring accurate, secure, and reliable exchange of HR, payroll, finance, procurement, and master data across enterprise systems.
Job Purpose
To design, develop, implement, monitor, and support integration solutions between SAP, PeopleSoft, and other enterprise applications. This role ensures seamless data flow, system interoperability, data integrity, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems / Software Engineering.
- SAP certification is advantageous.
- PeopleSoft technical certification is advantageous.
- API or integration platform certifications are beneficial.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience supporting SAP and PeopleSoft environments.
- Experience with cloud and on-premises integrations.
- Experience with enterprise middleware.
- Strong troubleshooting and interface monitoring experience.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments is advantageous.
