Job Summary
Purpose of the role:
To assist with processing fits & seals and to audit incoming stock.
Role and Responsibilities:
•Measure Fit & Seal garments using workbooks on common drive.
•Fit garments on dummy for buyers, noting any changes required.
•Assist supplier with procedures and workbook related queries.
•Quality Audits at local suppliers.
•Quality Audit of imported goods at DC.
•Quality Audits of stock purchases (local and import production) at local suppliers.
•Random Quality Audits of warehouse and DC.
•Initial onsite troubleshooting and problem-solving of failed orders.
•Store visits and recording of in-store issues.
•File Fit & Seal paperwork.
•Update Fit/Seal incoming and outgoing trackers and QA schedule.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
•Clothing Production Management qualification
•Clothing Production & Fabric knowledge
•Pattern making & Grading and in-line Production experience
•Microsoft Office Efficiency – must have experience on Excel
•Driver’s License, and own vehicle
