LASER & SKINCARE SPECIALIST
DURBAN (KZN) - South Africa
STARTING DATE: ASAP / 01 July 2026
REPORTS to: Owner
EMPLOYEMENT TERMS: Full Time Employment
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:030am - 17:00pm
- Saturday 08:30am - 12:30pm (Saturdays rotate / 2x Saturdays OFF per month)
- CLOSED Sundays & Major Public Holidays
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R8,000 - R10,000 per month (Based on desired experience)
- Performance-based Incentives
- Commission earned on Services & Retail achieved
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Dermal Aesthetics
- At least TWO full years in an aesthetic clinic environment (Post-graduation)
- Knowledge of Aesthetic Devices, Aesthetic Treatments and LASER Therapies
- Confident and proficient in delivering professional, specialized Skincare & Laser therapies
- Beautifully groomed & well presented, the face of the business
- Exceptional guest/patient relations
- Must reside within reasonable distance to Durban for daily travel
- Social Media (Facebook / Canva etc.) confident
- Able to communicate confidently and professionally on WhatsApp & E-mail
- Confidently prescribe homecare in accordance with client's treatment plan

- LASER Hair Removal
- IPL Skin Rejuvenation
- Microneedling / Mesotherapy / CIT
- Advanced Peels & Resurfacing therapies
- Retail confidence
- Social Media confident
- Build & maintain client rapport
