Job Summary
Marketing Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Marketing Strategies
- Ensure the business’s goals and objectives are met
- Grow the company's market share
- Develop/create targeted sales strategies
- Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market
- Canvassing - cold calling, networking, and social media
- Lead generation and conversion
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Demonstrate services as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Manage client relations and increase clients spend
- Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasting and performance reports
- Manage daily administrative tasks
- Brand awareness -manage the company social media accounts
- Coordinate with media representatives and sponsors- plan and manage Marketing events
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
- Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
- Maintain and update impeccable records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Track market developments
- Conduct market research on rival services.
- Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities
- Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Ecommerce and Supply Chain knowledge or experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques including digital tools and techniques
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- High-level communication, presentation and networking skills.
- Clean criminal record (Pre-employment background check required).
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle
- Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks across multiple priorities
- Availability to travel to other site offices/locations with proper notice given.
