We are seeking a creative and dynamic Communications Specialist to join a vibrant student-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, digital engagement, and enhancing the student experience through impactful communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging communication strategies for student programmes and events
- Create compelling content across social media, newsletters, websites, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with student bodies and internal departments to drive engagement
- Maintain and update communication platforms, including websites and calendars
- Track performance metrics and optimise communication strategies using data insights
- Ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines and is inclusive and accessible
Minimum Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field
? 2–5 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or student engagement
? Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability
? Experience with social media management and digital communication tools
? Ability to engage with diverse audiences
Preferred Skills:
- Experience within higher education or student-focused environments
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills
- Strong organisational and project management ability
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data
