Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Campus Operations and Academic Manager to oversee the full academic, operational, and compliance functions of a dynamic training and education campus.
This role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of accredited programmes, strong student outcomes, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day campus operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage academic staff and oversee programme delivery
- Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment standards
- Oversee student academic support, retention, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with SETA, QCTO, and DHET requirements
- Prepare campus for internal and external audits
- Monitor pass rates, throughput, and retention performance
- Manage campus operations including procurement and administration
- Conduct health & safety compliance checks and fire drills
- Support blended learning systems and learner engagement platforms
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal departments
- Contribute to overall campus performance and operational efficiency
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in education, training, or academic operations
- Experience within accredited training or compliance-driven environments
- Strong understanding of academic delivery and student support systems
- Operational and administrative management experience
- Ability to work across multiple departments and priorities
