Job Summary
Focus on driving sales of specialized animal feed products.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Sales & Advice: Acting as a technical advisor to clients regarding animal nutrition, feed conversion ratios (FCR), and additive efficacy.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with farmers, commercial integrators, and dealers.
- Sales Target Achievement: Actively searching for new business opportunities and achieving sales budgets for feed products.
- Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and providing feedback on product performance.
- Post-Sales Support: Providing technical support after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A BSc in Animal Nutrition or a relevant diploma in agriculture or sales/marketing is often required.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience within the agricultural or animal feed sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of livestock production, nutrition, or feed additives.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, strong negotiation skills, and ability to use Google apps.
- Language: Proficiency in Afrikaans and English is frequently requested.
