Role Overview: An exceptional opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Game Farm Manager to take full operational leadership of a large luxury game reserve in Cradock. This senior role encompasses wildlife management, hunting operations, farm infrastructure oversight, and international client development, with a strong focus on growing the business and representing the reserve at a global level. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Game Farm & Wildlife Management • Oversee all daily operations across the game farm • Lead wildlife management, population control, and conservation practices • Ensure ethical, sustainable, and compliant game farm operations • Maintain overall ecological and operational balance of the reserve ? Hunting & Client Operations • Coordinate and manage hunting activities and safari operations • Engage with international hunting clients and partners • Ensure high standards of guest experience and operational execution • Represent the reserve in a professional and client-facing capacity ? Business Development & Client Acquisition • Drive new business development across international markets (Europe & USA focus) • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners • Identify growth opportunities and expand the reserve’s commercial reach • Act as the face of the business in international engagements ? Farm & Operational Management • Oversee infrastructure, maintenance, and general farm operations • Manage staff performance, allocation, and day-to-day coordination • Ensure operational efficiency across all departments • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards ? Requirements: • Proven experience managing a game farm, wildlife ranch, or large reserve • Strong background in wildlife management and operational farming • Professional hunting experience (advantageous) • Established international hunting network (Europe/USA preferred) • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset • Confident client-facing and relationship-building ability • Ability to work independently and take full operational ownership • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • High level of professionalism and business acumen ?
