Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all spa operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction • Lead, train, and motivate spa staff to maintain high levels of professionalism and performance ? • Develop and implement spa treatment menus, promotions, and wellness programmes ?♀️ • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operational efficiency • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation ? • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across the spa • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting staff and engaging with guests • Collaborate with lodge management to enhance the overall guest experience and brand reputation ? ? Requirements: • Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a senior spa management role within luxury hospitality • Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills • Commercially minded with experience in budgeting and revenue management • Exceptional attention to detail and passion for high-quality guest experiences • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professional standards • Willingness to live and work in a remote lodge environment ?
