The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each guest’s stay is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. This includes assisting with daily guest services, coordinating activities, managing guest requests, and providing bespoke attention to detail throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations Coordinate and manage guest activities, experiences, and special requests Act as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay Collaborate with other lodge departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times Uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality and service Requirements: Experience in luxury hospitality environments Background in roles such as Hospitality Manager, Guest Liaison, or Duty Manager Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding service Attention to detail, organisation, and ability to work under pressure Positive; professional, and proactive attitude This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a prestigious safari lodge setting, creating unforgettable experiences for guests while being part of a dedicated and professional team.
