The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring every detail of their stay is curated to the highest standard of service excellence. Requirements: ✔ Experience within luxury hospitality environments essential ✔ Background in roles such as Guest Liaison, Duty Manager, Front of House, or Hospitality Manager preferred ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach ✔ Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability ✔ Ability to perform under pressure in a remote luxury environment ✔ Proactive, polished, and professional attitude at all times ✔ Passion for delivering world-class guest experiences Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for all guests throughout their stay • Deliver personalised, intuitive service by anticipating guest needs • Coordinate guest activities, experiences, and bespoke requests • Liaise with all lodge departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery • Maintain constant communication with guests to ensure satisfaction and comfort • Uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality at all times • Ensure all guest interactions reflect professionalism, warmth, and discretion • Support operational flow across departments where required • Maintain detailed guest preference records to enhance personalised service Candidate Profile: • Warm, intuitive, and guest-obsessed hospitality professional • Strong ability to anticipate needs and deliver personalised experiences • Calm, organised, and solution-driven under pressure • Excellent communicator with a polished and professional presence • Passionate about luxury safari hospitality and guest delight Please note that only suitable candidates will be contacted.
