This role sits within the People and Culture division and is responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing refinement of remuneration and benefits frameworks across the organisation. The successful incumbent will provide specialist input into policies, benchmarking, job evaluation, incentive structures, and compliance processes, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements and governance standards applicable to state-owned entities.
You will play a critical role in maintaining market-aligned, equitable, and compliant reward practices. Working closely with HR, finance, and leadership stakeholders, you will provide analytical insights and advisory support that strengthens decision-making and supports the organisation’s strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do
Support the implementation and maintenance of remuneration and benefits policies and frameworks
Conduct remuneration analysis, salary benchmarking, and participate in market surveys
Provide analytical input into incentive and reward programme implementation
Administer and support job evaluation, grading, and profiling processes
Monitor governance and compliance with relevant legislation and public sector frameworks
Prepare detailed remuneration reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
Provide advisory support to HR and business leaders on remuneration-related matters
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Finance, or Commerce
Global Remuneration Professional certification
Advanced Excel capability with strong analytical skills
Minimum 5 years’ remuneration and benefits experience within an SOE, finance, or banking environment
Solid knowledge of remuneration legislation and public sector governance frameworks
Understanding of the Land Bank Act or similar regulatory frameworks
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data sets
