We are looking for an experienced Industrial / Organisational Psychologist with a strong consulting background who is confident designing and facilitating workshops, interpreting assessment data, delivering meaningful feedback, producing high-quality professional reports, and providing credible, practical advisory support to clients.

• Deliver high-quality consulting and psychological interventions in line with Lumenii standards.
  
• Create engaging workshops, training materials, surveys, reports and development resources.
  
• Interpret assessment, survey and talent data and convert it into useful insights.
  
• Deliver impactful feedback and advisory support to clients and stakeholders.
  
• Complete assigned client deliverables accurately and on time.
  
• Build strong client relationships through professional, practical and engaging delivery.
  
• Contribute to Lumenii’s methodologies, templates, content and best-practice resources.
  
• Consistently uphold professional, ethical and confidentiality standards.
  

Requirements

• Current HPCSA registration as I/O Psychologist.
  
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in the Industrial / Organisational Psychology field, preferably in consulting
