The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the kitchen operation, ensuring consistently high culinary standards across the property. Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service • Develop and maintain innovative, refined menus that complement the hotel's luxury offering • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness are consistently maintained • Manage food costs, stock control, ordering and kitchen budgets effectively • Monitor kitchen performance and ensure efficient use of ingredients and resources • Train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a professional and positive working environment • Work closely with management and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience • Maintain excellent consistency, attention to detail and presentation across all culinary offerings Key Requirements • Proven experience as a Head Chef within a luxury hotel, boutique hotel, lodge or high-end hospitality environment • Strong culinary skills with a passion for quality, presentation and innovation • Proven leadership and team-management experience • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing and stock control • Strong organisational and time-management skills • Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A professional, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail • Relevant culinary qualifications will be advantageous Package • Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
