Job Summary
The Fuel Station/Site Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the filling station. This role involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and complying with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery and satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Inventory management
- Monitor fuel and product inventory levels
- Order and receive supplies as needed
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimise losses
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations, including fuel dispensing, store operations, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement and maintain quality control standards
Staff Management
- Manage staff
- Compiling efficient shift rosters
Experience and Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Previous experience as a Site Manager/Fuel Station Manager
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Available to start as soon as possible
Working Hours
Must be willing to work:
- Every 2nd weekend
- Shifts: 07:00-16:00 and 08:30-18:00 (Rotated weekly)
