Our client is seeking a Financial Assistant to support the day-to-day finance function within a dynamic and growing organisation. Reporting to the Financial Managers, you will play a key role in invoicing, reconciliations, bookkeeping, financial reporting support, and administrative financial processes.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a structured environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, clients, and financial institutions to ensure smooth financial operations.

What You'll Do
• Process client invoicing and credit notes in multiple currencies
• Assist with creditor reconciliations and allocations
• Perform basic bookkeeping activities, including bank reconciliations
• Support monthly financial reporting processes
• Update expense reports, asset registers, and stock records
• Prepare documentation for banks and other institutions
• Assist with various finance and administrative tasks as required
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across financial records and transactions
What You Bring
• Matric certificate
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance or bookkeeping experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Recent experience using Pastel or Sage Evolution
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, honest, and professional approach
• Tertiary financial qualification advantageous
• Driver's licence and own transport advantageous
