Our Funeral Services Client is looking for an experienced Sales Branch Manager with 5 years sales branch management experience (Call centre) within the funeral services industry to join its Sales Advisor Division Department in Centurion.. The ideal candidate will require Grade 12 or similar qualification, preferably have RE5 Certification and at least 4 years’ proven work experience Funeral Insurance.

Min Requirements and Qualification
Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential.
RE5 (desirable).
Excellent written and verbal communication
Minimum of 5 years’ proven work experience Funeral Insurance.
Sales Management experience of Sales Representatives that’s on the road.
Admin office work and Customer Service experience.
Additional experience in the Financial Services Industry will be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for appointing and managing a team of Sales Managers, planning and executing marketing strategies while managing daily business operations.
Appoint and manage a team of selected Sales Managers with experience as per the requirements of the company.
Plan and execute marketing strategies and tactics based on the requirements of the company.
Achieve the minimum performance criteria agreed upon in terms of recruitment of Sales Managers, Agents, policy sales and retention ratios.
Manage poor performance and implement processes to achieve targets set per district.
Manage daily business operations to ensure that all administration issues are met daily.
Debt Control and Management of negative movements on commission statements.
