Essential:
- Strong administrative experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
- Exposure to VEEAM Backup & Replication
- High attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured processes consistently
- Strong reporting and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced IT services environment
- Good time management and ability to prioritise
- Experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment - ideal
- Experience working with ticketing systems

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily backup reports across multiple client platforms
- Identify failed backup jobs and investigate basic causes
- Restart failed backup processes according to standard procedures
- Escalate unresolved issues to technical teams
- Maintain accurate reporting logs
- Provide daily/weekly backup status reports to clients
- Ensure all backup tasks are completed within SLA timelines
- Follow strict process and compliance procedures
