Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end warranty and return merchandise (RMA) process
• Handle supplier claims, repairs, replacements, and credit note recovery
• Monitor and reconcile defective, repaired, and replacement stock
• Ensure accurate inventory processing and ERP system updates
• Maintain SLA compliance and reduce warranty-related losses
• Compile and present warranty and stock reports to management
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, finance, logistics, and sales teams
• Investigate trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce stock shrinkage
Minimum Requirements:
• Graduate – BComm or BBA qualification
• 1+ years’ experience within inventory control, distribution, or warehouse environments
• Strong ERP systems exposure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and supplier management abilities
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
