Job Requirements Manage and maintain accurate stock records across food, beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar position within a 4/5‑star hospitality establishment (essential). Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations. Monitor stock movement, usage patterns, and variances. Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying quality, quantity, and pricing. Control issuing of stock to departments and monitor requisitions. Assist in managing food and beverage costs in line with budget targets. Prepare variance reports and monthly inventory valuations. Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, and quality concerns. Ensure storerooms are secure, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
