Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT and technical recruitment lifecycle
Partner with technical managers to define role requirements, tech stacks, and hiring priorities
Draft and post technical job adverts across job boards, LinkedIn, and niche tech platforms
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, networking, and headhunting
Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Conduct competency-based and technical pre-screen interviews
Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and feedback processes
Manage offer negotiations, counteroffers, and placement closure
Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal recruitment policies
Maintain ATS records, recruitment metrics, and hiring reports
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification in HR, IT, Psychology, or related field (advantageous)
2+ years’ experience in IT / technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
Exposure to Agile, SDLC, and modern tech environments (advantageous)
