Spa Facilities Coordinator | Luxury Hotel

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an organised, professional and guest-focused Spa Facilities Coordinator to join a luxury hotel in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa facilities while maintaining exceptional standards of service and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations and administration of the spa facilities.
  

• Ensure all spa areas are clean, well presented, fully stocked and maintained to luxury standards.
  

• Assist with coordinating spa bookings, guest requirements and daily schedules.
  

• Welcome and assist guests, providing a professional and warm service throughout their visit.
  

• Liaise with therapists and other spa team members to ensure smooth operations.
  

• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and ordering of spa supplies.
  

• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
  

• Assist with maintaining health, hygiene and safety standards throughout the spa.
  

• Handle guest queries and requests professionally and efficiently.
  

• Support the management team with administrative and operational duties as required.
  

• Help ensure the spa consistently delivers a high-quality guest experience.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a spa, hotel, wellness or luxury hospitality environment.
  

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  

• A professional, polished and guest-focused approach.
  

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
  

• Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
  

• Computer literacy and confidence with administrative systems.
  

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  

• Previous experience in a spa coordination or facilities role will be advantageous.
  

Package

• Salary: R11,000 negotiable depending on experience
  

• Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
