Pepperclub Hotel is recruiting a hands-on Social Media & Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content that reflects our brand and guest experience. This role is ideal for a creative who can plan shoots, capture content, edit, and publish consistently while maintaining professional standards.
About the Role
You will be responsible for creating and publishing photo and video content across our social media platforms. You will work to an approved marketing calendar and brand guidelines, supporting engagement, awareness, and promotional activity.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production & Shoots
• Plan and execute in-house photo and video shoots
• Capture content across rooms, spa, F&B, events, and guest experiences
• Direct staff during shoots professionally and efficiently
Editing & Publishing
• Edit photo and video content for social platforms (Reels, Stories, Posts)
• Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Maintain an organised content library and caption bank
Community Engagement & Guest Interaction
• Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and social enquiries
• Respond professionally and escalate guest concerns appropriately
• Route booking-related enquiries to the Reservations team
Reporting & Performance
• Track engagement, reach, and content performance
• Provide regular insights to the Marketing Coordinator

Requirements
• 2–4 years social media or content creation experience
• Portfolio of photo, video, and social content required
• Strong Canva skills (required)
• Video editing tools such as CapCut or InShot advantageous
• Confident shooting on smartphone (camera skills advantageous)
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Basic SEO knowledge and keyword awareness advantageous
