✨ SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER | LUXURY HOSPITALITY COLLECTION ✨ An exceptional opportunity exists for a strategic, creative, and commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for a distinguished collection of luxury accommodation properties. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing external agencies ; driving brand growth, and delivering impactful, integrated marketing strategies within a premium or luxury environment. The Opportunity: This role will see you take full ownership of the marketing strategy, working closely with leadership while managing multiple agency partners to ensure brand consistency, performance, and return on investment across all channels. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Drive brand positioning, visibility, and market share across all properties Translate commercial goals into effective, measurable campaigns Agency Management & Performance Lead and manage relationships with external agencies (creative, digital, PR, media buying) Brief; guide, and evaluate agencies to ensure delivery against brand standards and KPIs Oversee campaign execution across digital, social, content, and traditional platforms Monitor performance, optimise spend, and ensure strong ROI across all initiatives Brand & Campaign Execution Ensure consistent brand identity and storytelling across all touchpoints Oversee the development of high-quality content, campaigns, and guest-facing communications Drive innovative marketing initiatives that enhance the guest experience and brand perception Digital & Commercial Focus Oversee digital marketing performance including website, SEO, paid media, and social channels Collaborate with revenue and sales teams to support occupancy and revenue targets Analyse data and insights to inform decision-making and campaign optimisation Stakeholder Engagement Partner closely with internal teams, including operations, sales, and executive leadership Present marketing strategies, performance reports, and insights to key stakeholders Ensure alignment between brand vision and on-property execution What You Bring: Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands Proven experience managing multiple external agencies and driving performance outcomes Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital platforms, and brand management Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyse ROI, and deliver commercial results Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts Commercially astute with a results-driven mindset Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand and quality This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the marketing direction of a premium hospitality collection while working with top-tier agency partners to deliver world-class campaigns.
