Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Senior Spa Therapist to join the team at a luxury hotel in Cape Town for the upcoming season. This role requires a skilled therapist with a passion for wellness and guest service, who can deliver treatments to the highest standard while supporting the wider spa team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a wide range of spa treatments to guests with professionalism and care
Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are maintained to the highest standards
Promote spa services and retail products to maximise guest experience and revenue
Provide guidance and support to junior therapists when required
Uphold exceptional guest service standards in line with the hotel’s luxury offering
Requirements:
Recognised spa or beauty therapy qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a spa therapist, ideally at senior level
Strong product and treatment knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Passion for wellness and delivering a five-star guest experience
