Key Responsibilities: Proven experience as a Senior Chef - ideally in a multi-outlet hospitality environment Be hands-on across all channels; this is not a desk-based role Engage confidently and warmly with customers, embodying the brand’s values Conduct regular stock takes, manage ordering, and minimise food waste Plan for seasonal shifts, market schedules, events, and supply requirements Train; mentor, and motivate a small multi-channel team Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Flexibility to support the main restaurant with hands-on cooking when operationally required Stable employment history and contactable references Must already reside in Cape Town ➡️ A food portfolio must be submitted with your application that clearly displays your creativity, innovation and attention to detail.
